Premiere Home Health care is skilled medical care provided in the patient's home. Premiere Home Health care includes an evaluation by a registered nurse, and if appropriate, also by a therapist. After the evaluation, the caregivers will coordinate with the patient's doctor and create a care plan to address the patient's needs.

Who pays for Premiere Home Health? Health insurance pays for the skilled medical home care that we provide. Medicare, Medicaid, and most private and managed health insurances pay 100% of home care cost. This is because home care has proven to be an effective tool in assisting patients in their recovery from illness or injury, sustaining healthy lives, to live independently, and avoid lengthy hospitalizations or nursing home stays.
