Services
Skilled Nursing
- Teach patients (or caregivers) about disease processes.
- Provide wound care and are Wound V.A.C. certified by KCI.
- Perform patients’ bath aide visits.
Physical Therapy
- Assess patients and treat for safety in the home.
- Assess for balance dysfunction, pain, gait problems and other approp.
- Evaluation of the patient’s home for problem areas.
- Establish home exercise programs to maintain independence at home.
Occupational Therapy
- Assess patients ability to perform activities of daily living: ie. dressing, bathing, ???
- Assess for need of adaptive equipment or DME for increased independence.
- Assess and treat for UE strength/ROM and fine motor coordination.
- Support and encourage deficits.
Speech Therapy
- Our Speech Therapist can effectively improve cognitive difficulties, conversational speech, speech production, and swallowing problems.
